The frequency conversion speed control system adopts Emerson frequency converter as the main control device. The signal of 4~20 mA is collected by pressure transmitter and transmitted to the frequency converter PID controller to monitor the pressure change of water supply and water injection pipe network. Control frequency, adjust pump working state, keep pipe network pressure in a constant pressure range. The power of deep well pump motor in water source well is 5.5 KW, driven by 15 KW frequency converter, and the power of water injection pump motor is 110 KW (or 185 KW). According to different water quantity and pressure requirement, frequency conversion operation and power frequency reserve are carried out to realize constant water pressure. The system controls the operation of the system by setting parameters PID controller, according to frequency conversion display, pressure display, undervoltage timeout, water pressure alarm indication and upper and lower limit holding pressure. A pressure transmitter is installed on the inlet front pipe network of the water injection pump to control the operation of the deep well pump inverter, and a pressure transmitter is installed on the outlet pipe network of the water injection pump to control the operation of the water injection pump inverter.


When the actual pipe network pressure is less than the given pressure value, the frequency converter output frequency rises, the motor speed accelerates, the pipe network pressure begins to rise; conversely, the frequency converter output frequency decreases, the motor speed decreases, and the pipe network pressure decreases. The system keeps the pressure constant around the set pressure.


The frequency conversion speed regulation control system forms the controllable parameter closed loop control in the pump operation process, implements the constant pressure water supply, keeps the water injection system and the dosage in the balance state, realizes the automatic control. The past injection pump flow is generally: water well & amp;mdash; storage tank & amp;mdash; feed pump & amp;mdash; injection pump. By installing the frequency conversion speed control system, the flow can be simplified as: water well- amp;mdash; injection pump through constant pressure water supply control. This technological innovation simplifies the technological process, reduces the operation steps and the frequent start and stop of the water well, and realizes the automatic water supply, which saves the electric energy, reduces the cost and reduces the labor intensity of the operating staff.
